These beautiful three-room house (60 sqm) stand on two levels and boast a lovely garden furnished with a table and chairs, perfect for relaxing and outdoor evenings. The ground floor has a living room with a fully equipped kitchenette, table, chairs, and a double sofa bed. There is also a bathroom with a toilet and shhower on this floor. The first-floor bedroom, accessible by an internal staircase, consists of a double bed and an additional single bed, and another room with two single beds, offering maximum comfort, enhanced by the balcony. The first-floor bathroom is spacious and equipped with a shower. These townhouses are equipped with everything necessary for cooking, fridge with freezer, electric kettle, microwave, satellite TV, air conditioning, safe, and Wi-Fi. Bed linen, towels, a beach spot, and one parking spot are included in the price. A second car can be parked outside the village.
Pini Village is an oasis of fun and tranquility located in Caorle Lido Altanea, just 200 meters from the sea. The village features two swimming pools: a large, central one with a jacuzzi and a smaller one for children, complete with a fun "fantasy-slide". Guests can enjoy sunbathing and relaxation on the spacious sun deck. Children will be entertained by the animation staff, who also conduct fitness activities in the pool for adults.
